Service Description

ADHD presents differently in girls and hormones significantly affect symptoms. I believe ADHD girls thrive when the adults around them are understand more and are supported and regulated. I work with parents who are deeply committed but are questionning their parenting styles, and how they’re responding to their ADHD daughter. Parents who are trying to juggle school systems, therapy systems, and family expectations. Parents don’t come to me for productivity, they come to me for breathing space, understanding and validity.
