Coaching for
Neurodivergent Women & Girls
Neurodivergent Women & Girls are often missed, dismissed, misunderstood or misdiagnosed.
There are biological differences between men and women meaning that Autism, ADHD, Learning difficulties and Mental health conditions present differently for Women & Girls.
I empower Women & Girls to be proud of their neurotype and embrace their unique strengths.
I provide coaching for Neurodivergent Women & Girls, whether you are neurodivergent yourself or you’re raising a neurodivergent daughter. I help you make sense of your neurotype, and find ways to make daily life feel more manageable, less overwhelming, learning how to self-advocate with clarity and courage.
About me
I am a neurodivergent mother of four daughters and a NTA ADHD Practictioner and Coach.
Before this work, I spent over 20 years building a successful career in corporate finance and accountancy. Becoming a mother to three daughters in quick succession changed everything. I struggled with postnatal depression and found that the strategies I had relied on to stay organised, structure my life and function effectively no longer worked. I was juggling a demanding career and family life, but I wasn’t enjoying motherhood, and I didn’t understand why it felt so hard.
Before my children started school I began to suspect Autism and ADHD. In many ways, they were just like me. That realisation led to a much deeper journey of understanding neurodivergence, both in my children and in myself.
Over the past six years, our family has navigated multiple diagnoses, including Autism, different presentations of ADHD, OCD, Generalised Anxiety Disorder and Emetophobia. Alongside this, I experienced significant personal loss, with the unexpected deaths of both of my parents within a short period of time. This was a turning point. I stepped away from my corporate career and began to rebuild a life that truly supported my family’s ever changing needs.
What began as a personal mission to better understand and support my children became The Neurodiverse Journey.
I am now a NTA ADHD Practitioner and Coach.
I am also an ACCPH ACFC Neurodiversity Coach for Children and Families in training and studying a PgCert in Autism (a successful collaboration between Sheffield Hallam University and the National Autistic Society with Dr. Luke Beardon).
I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. I understand how complex, exhausting, and emotional this journey can be, and I’m here to help you understand what that diagnosis means for your family, and how to adjust this to your real life.
